i always wanted to be a tenenbaum
you, know?
i am a twenty-three year old darling girl.
i am not married, i have no children, and i didn't graduate from college. but..
i draw birds and robots; i read books; i laugh till i cry; i love until my heart bursts; i sometimes paint my face or arms with stripes if i'm bored; i create; i play guitar.
i am not impressive, but i am me.
i am addicted to Jesus Christ. He never stops loving, never stops giving, and there is always more of Him. He is the perfect addiction. no one else can satisfy.
These are all just mostly vague details. If you want me, come find me. But, I promise, at the very least, you'll think I'm nice.

jeska and the no good horrible terrible very bad day
Tuesday, May 10, 2005 @ 4:08 PM
and how horrible it WAS!
but i'll give you some back story first.
saturday night we go out to the brickyards [lol trespassing and illegal whatnots] and we have a bonfire. fun times. we do it again sunday night, lots of fun again.
what a great story.
on to monday.
so i'm tired and smelly and sore [from the bonfire...oh man piss bombs are fun!] so i sleep in until around one or so..i wake up and marie tells john [her b/f] that she'll do some errands for him since he has alot to do today..that day...monday...whatever. so his brother has a snake, and it lives at johns house since his brother has been gone for awhile. [not dead sillies] snakes are fun, but basically stupid in my eyes. but it needs a rat, so we go to the pet store and pick one up. i'm used to DEAD FROZEN rats. NOT LIVE MOVING RATS. so i see the box shift as the lady tapes it up and as we walk out i say to marie "you do know that i will rescue that rat right..." and she's like "yeah probably" but i don't think she thought i was serious. so we get in the car..and and i'm feeling horrible that this lil guy gets snatched up just to die. i wonder if he [she as we found out later] knew that this was they day of its death. to run around in a small box to get eaten by a stupid snake. not fair.
so i ask if i can hold the box, and marie reluctantly lets me....*bad idea..*
so i feel it moving and i start crying. yes
crying. i'm very sympathetic with animals. but anyway, so i poke lil holes in the box and it sticks its bright pink nose out and sniffs and wiggles it and i start crying harder and then i named it harvey...never name something.. ever. you get more attached to it. this i knew, so i did it anyway because i was going to rescue it. so we get to johns house and i'm basically bawling in the car....*no laughing please* and i'm not going to let him feed it to the snake. so he's like fine "we'll go back and get another one without you" and that wasn't mean, that was nice lol. then id ont' have to think about it getting eaten. so i open the box and its the cutest lil black and white rat ever. it was a girl so i named it Ava. Ava the rat. she was beautiful. and i could pet her and she'd sniff me and wouldn't bite me at all. so i had a pet rat and i was going to announce to my parents that i had a rat and too bad if they said i couldn't keep it. so i call my mommy and she says to call daddy. so i have a pet rat named Ava for an hour and a half and i call my daddy and he says he's sorry but i can't have a rat. which means the snake gets to eat it now. so now i get to have my pet eaten. so i start bawling again. and we get to johns house and he felt bad lol but fed my darling Ava to the snake. i sat in his truck and bawled for another half hour. it was thoroughly depressing and i'm still not over my loss.
then my brother calls with impeccable timing to tell me that he's moving to Texas for college. [he's 25] this isn't your normal brother situation. i love my brother incredibly much. we're like best friends. so i start crying even harder and even more. that was super duper sad and i'm not over that. but i compose myself and we clean johns truck out and then he takes us to ihop for some food and then we go to jordans house to watch a japanese...chinese...something movie called Casshurn. watch it. its freaking awesome. very political. anyway, its like 12:40 and we need to leave because i still had to be up by 6 this morning. so we go to wake up marie and she wont move. she's dead cold passed out. for some ODD reason. we don't drink or do any drugs so this is really really odd and really really creepy. really really funny as well...but yeah, so john picks her up and puts her in the truck. she stays passed out for almost 2 hours, stopped breathing twice and made wierd girgley noises as well as biting my head off [its okay sweetheart i love you] but it turns out she had 3x the amount of caffiene than shes supposed to..and well caffiene is her drug. her speed or whatnot. she gets really really high, then forgets everything that happened, gets a wicked hangover etc. well since this was 3x her normal amoutn she passed out way bad.
so my pet got eaten, my brother is moving, and my best friend almost died. lol sort of.
it was a horrible horrible horrible day. and made this one bad because i only got 2 hours of sleep. but adam just called and said he's letting everyone go early so i can stay here now. but now i'm bored, so if you want to talk, call me up. i'm just going to do laundry.
[x]Jeska
i miss my Ava. if anyone ever is curious about what to get me for my birthday *cough july 25th cough* if its small, soft, and alive, i'll love it for forevers.
*sigh*
Ava the rat. May 9th-May 9th. i'll miss you my darling..
