i am a twenty-three year old darling girl.
i am not married, i have no children, and i didn't graduate from college. but..
i draw birds and robots; i read books; i laugh till i cry; i love until my heart bursts; i sometimes paint my face or arms with stripes if i'm bored; i create; i play guitar. i am not impressive, but i am me.
i am addicted to Jesus Christ. He never stops loving, never stops giving, and there is always more of Him. He is the perfect addiction. no one else can satisfy.
These are all just mostly vague details. If you want me, come find me. But, I promise, at the very least, you'll think I'm nice.

so, that was random. but i have one thought that just hit me like ten seconds ago. i'm glad i'm cute enough to be weird. i know that sounds shallow and proud, but let me explain.
i can wear bunny ears and strange hats, and shirts that were made for eight year old boys. 'cause i'm cute. i rock 'em right. but i just saw a picture of a young gentleman that was wearing hawaiian shirts and a surge hat. now, nothing against this young man, i'm sure he's very nice and he'll grow into himself. but the look did NOT work on him and in fact worked against him. because of his unconventional appearance, he will be forced to wear conventional good looking clothes.
i, luckily, don't have to conform to such social patterns. now, i'm not saying i'm gorgeous, heck i'm not even saying i'm pretty. i'm just cute. not super cute, or ridiculously cute, but you're average girl next door cute. and because of it, i get to wear what i want. if i want to be five, i'll dress like a five year old. if i want to be a 50s housewife, i'll wear a house dress, an apron, and mary janes. i can do whatever i want with my wardrobe choice.
and i know it's a super conceited way of going about things, but i really am grateful for that. i have a hard enough time switching outfits eleven times every morning to find one that works. if i had to try harder, i'd probably be crushed under the weight of my own insecurities.

anyway, so i'm also trying to find friends. and this japanese dude found me on this other networking site and now we're gonna talk to each other and he's gonna help me with my words! NEAT! so pumped!
anyway. that was just pretty exciting. and it happened just now.
aw craps.
it's midnight. AGAIN.
i have GOT to stop staying up this late. especially since we revamped our morning hours, so i have to be there an hour early now. which kind of blows. it should be nicer for morning meetings then, they can happen after shift now instead of before which caused a lot of problems.
anyway. so imma scoot off to bed.
